Wrong Side of the Tracks

I'm having trouble passing this mission. I can usually gun down 2 Vagos but then I run out of time in the end. Any tips or suggestions. Thanx!

Big Smoke is a sh*tty ass shooter...

 

Anyways, try getting not to close and not to far from the train. If you go to close, Big Smoke will mostly shoot the train instead of the Vagos, too far he will never hit, So just go a little near it, the best position to let Big Smoke shoot would be the middle of the other track.

Position yourself as far right as you can within the two tracks and just a little behind or ahead of whoever is smoke's target.

Keep your speed steady. The computer is pretty lousy when shooing a moving target, so slowing down and speeding up a lot will cause it to shoot behind and in front of the enemy a lot.

 

If you can keep smoke even with the enemy, he can pick them off pretty quick, usually getting the last guy just after getting back on the tracks after the detour (to avoid hitting the train head on).

I used the "Manual aiming while driving" code. If your really skilled, also it helps you gun them down easly before you go half way:D good luck.

Another way is to ditch smoke.

 

After the cut scene speed ahead of the train. After the first bend there is a crossing and bridge. Run up the bridge and when the train passes you can jump onto the roof of the train. With some careful shooting you can take them out no hassle.

 

However, you have to do it fast. There is a low bridge after that and CJ can not pass under it.
