i need help, badly

hey guys, i just completed san andreas, the storyline missions Only, not the 100% with the tags and everything. Up to when it shows the credits. So, me, having completed this game on the PS2 as well, i noticed that my PC version never bought the car dealer in near the garage in san fierro. And also I noticed that this other mission "Key to her Heart" when you have to get close to the girl and get a keycard from her to rob a casino, never came up in the storyline either. am i the only one that is having this problem, or did rockstar just forget to include some missions.

 

P.S. The car dealer property is red on the map, indicating that it is a property you can not purchase yet.

1. You can buy it only after you finish the Driving School, Jethro will call you. It should be buyable then.

 

2. It means you haven't actually beat the storyline. As soon as you get the card from her Woozie'll call. Get the card with 35% progress or just kill her.

ok ill try the driving school thing, i prolly didnt complete it, but the wuzi girlfriend thing never came up, never. the only thing i did was get the blueprints for the casino, he didnt ask me to do anything else

I'm using the hotcoffee mod which makes it impossible to beat this mission (you smack her like 3 times and it boots you out with a mission failure notice). Where can you kill her? I've tried while on route, but that just results in a failure since "something spooked her."
