PS2 version bugs in PC version?

After reading all about the gym bug, the basketball bug, parachute not opening, vehicles disappearing from garages and who knows what else in the PS2 version, I wonder if these have been fixed in the PC version? I'm mostly worried about the gym bug ("you have already worked out enough for today, come back tomorrow" no matter when you go to the gym) and the disappearing vehicles.

 

It's beyond my understanding how the disappearing bug could be in any version of the game because it's been there since GTA3 (I think. It was in Vice City for sure). Or maybe Rockstar simply doesn't care.
