Strange highlight Around trees

Anyone had this anoying issue its been bugging me big time, im getting glowing hi-lights areound tress and plants, which makes the eviroment look odd due to these hilights. i think i tried this in Windows xp 32 bit ediotin and had the same issue.

Most but not all of the tress And are having this drawn edging sensation from the sky

so when u look at the sky with trees an pants in the distance and also clos up its causing a hi-light from the same colour of the sky.. if u no what i mean. and ive also tried 5.4 cat still the same issue..any ideas
