Don't bother chasing ... As soon as the cutscene finishes, shot the car's tires out and you can catch up and finish him on foot. Piece of cake.

Note: First i want to apologize for my bad English.

 

I'm stuck at the flight-school, i just can't fly with that damn stunt plane, please help.

It doesn't matter which medal you get for me, as long as i get past that mission, so i can move on with the game.

I saved at my airport, so you don't have walk far.

I am pleading with anyone that would be able to do "VERTICAL BIRD" for me. I have been sitting here for hours trying to get past this level, and I keep getting blown out of the sky.

Extra: After the mission, when you get out of your vehicle you'll receive a phone call from Cesar inviting you to a lowrider only street race. You have now unlocked Cesar Vialpando as a crime boss on your radar. Sweets missions are now complete too.
