You are probably thnking of my earlier request that went into the wrong section of the forum ... I pnly put up one request into Save "N" Play ... took me a couple of trys to get my head out of my butt and post to the proper area ...

 

Anyway ... still need Flight School & NOE so I a past the flying parts. And the Zero missions if you would.

 

Although I ave managed 100% on both take-off and landing the flying stuff is frustrating and "not my bag" ... just a foot soldier here, not a pilot.

 

Please get me past the flying crap so I can finish the game. I will be happy to help anyone with driving or run N gun stuff, but flying - I suck!

no, I am thinking about the request you correctly posted here... after your first threads.

I have passed the Flying School for you. Check page 112 (or 113).

 

As for N.O.E., you couldn't have done it w/o completing the Flight School first. So, please, at least give it a try before requesting.

Hmm.. if you mean how long it takes me now, then it's not long. I get gold the on the 1st try for all lessons w/o too much effort. What can I say - practice makes perfect. If you mean the first time around through the game, then I as almost everybody found flying missions next to impossible.

Mission(s): plz do the Dynamite mission in Woozie's casino. I did it, in fact I spent about 2 hours doing those stupid jumps, but I crashed right outside the save point. That really pissed me off. And I don't want to do it again.

Can I be so bold as to enquire what control method you use as I get all fingers and thumbs when flying and just can't cope. The driving school burn & lap is a nightmare because of the camera.

Controls are sort of personal for everyone. What is good for me, may not be suitable for you.

For flying, I use:

 

W = nose down

A = bank left

S = nose up

D = bank right

Q/E = rudders

UP = icr. throttle

DOWN = decr. throttle

 

For driving: arrow keys + spacebar for handbreak

 

Yes, Burn & Lap can be difficult. I guess I've got used to the camera after so many times.
