First Four Dragons Mission Bug

The first mission starts you out in a garage with a guy strapped to the hood. The problem I am having is that the car will not leave the garage during the cutscene. It goes forward and stops and the wheels are spinning like the garage door was shut after Carl got into the car.

 

Anyone have a work around for this?
