Menu Text and Crash

Hi, not to long ago i instaled GTASA

 

And when i start game, this white screen goes black then whtie, then the rockstar logos come up and credits, then the screen goes black and white once again, i get to the menu and here what it looks like

 

 

i selcted the new game option ( i think)

 

 

then i hear the SA music like on the ps2 loading screen than bam, crash

 

 

PC Specs:

 

Amd athlon[tm]XP 3200+

2.20 GHz, 448 mb of ram

64 MB VIA/s3g UniChrome IGP Graphix Card

Realtec AC97 Audio

 

Some one please help, i realy dont know how to update my cards and stuff, please help

yeah, i got the exact same prob too, really sucks that SA doesn't work while LC/VC worked just fine.

 

anyways, here are some system specs if any1 knows anything ;}

yep, same for me....sempron 3000 (the gf's pc that her dad bought her, not mine), and has onboard graphics.

I'm guessing that may be the cause of some problems, however the 2 guys on here dont have onboard gfx

and getting same problems. pc has Dx 9c installed, 512mb ram, 200gb hd (not that its important)

 

there was a post regarding the fix for gta3 working with san andreas, with sp1, but when i try it, i have sp2

and it says it isnt needed. Rockstar/take 2 must be aware of this, and will prob release a fix soon as bad press

means nobody buys it in case it dont work
