Lyrix
Hi there, I bought San Andreas for PC today, installed it, played it for four hours straight, everything worked fine. Then I went to my buddies place and thought I'd show him the new game, so I took it with me and installed it on his computer. The game worked fine. I just got back home and put my San Andreas DVD back in my computer and now the game doesn't run anymore. When I try to launch the game it loads the dvd drive but the game doesn't launch for some reason, I don't get any error prompts, just nothing happens. I tried to uninstall the game and then install it again, but without result. Anyone have an idea of what's going on here? Is there some kinda security lock that has been activated? Please help. Lyrix
You're right it does work now. THANKS A LOT! I moved my GTA user files folder, is it safe to place my savegames back in that directory now? Could you explain to me why the game refused to play all of a sudden, so I won't lose my savegames again? Thanks in advance.
internal
well what usually makes that problem is if you update a driver that has something to do with ur game its nott properly recognising it in the games directory hopefully this is fixed in the patch when they release one and what i would do with replacing the files back in there is just add the file whitch is your save of the game file not the settings u shud notice the difference in the .extension at he end of the filename and just redo ur ingame settings.
