maf Posted July 28, 2005 Share Posted July 28, 2005 I got to Liberty City during the mission 'Saint Mark's Bistro' - I kept the save game file so I can try going back there again. I didn't shoot the last dude there and used KANGAROO to jump the back wall into the alley. I spawned a jetpack with ROCKETMAN but it doesn't allow CJ to fly upwards at all. I tried jumping through the wall around the corner to land on the sidewalk but I always fall short and fall down to the waterworld below. Then I reload the game because there's nothing there and no way out. It would've been cool if Rockstar had included the whole of the Portland area of Libery City to explore and fly to whenever players wanted to; all with that nice snow-covered look Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had to install WinAce and that is successful, the codes are right and all, I get spawned there but I only see it for a second and I fall to death... mostly in water in the middle of nowhere, no matter how far you went... (yes!, I've always wanted to do this on PS2) but the thing is when I go to the crossroad bit and a bit further it falls through... (the way to the harbor, 8-balls and forward, even when you go to the right side down Saint Marc's Bistro. Is this what supposed to happen (can't get further)? because when I put the jetpack cheat in for safety in LC it not go off the ground. I heard there was a large part of LC to explore. Take a bus recruit people put them in the bus teleport to warehouse to make bus visible and then let the people out and tell them to stay in Marco's Bistro then go outside watch torugh the window and press the button so they follow you, they will be running like hell. Go into the St. Marc's Bistro mission and then do the teleport code, and then you will be outside. xD It must mean something if the red arrow stays there when you go out of Liberty City... it stays there like you can leave it and go back to it... if you get that. Fireman Posted August 1, 2005 Share Posted August 1, 2005 I use San Andreas Place Manager (duuuh), Take a bus and put it in grove street mnow take the coordinates next to the bus, now teleport to warehouse and teleport back to grove street right away some people will still spawn there! Recruit them with the recruit anyone code and put them in the bus, if you want to make the bus visible go in it and teleport to warehouse again, after that teleport to LC and let them out. Liberty City] X=-745 Y=495 Z=1372 I can also use jetpack cheat in the warehouse and then set the Z coordinates much higher in 2. Liberty City so I can float around to Sex Club 7 and such before I get too low. And if I get too low, I just teleport back to 2. I am on the GTA:LC team, I make new- edit existing colfiles for buildings with bad collision data so the helicopters can land and you can walk around. I would have to ask, but I don't see why we couldn't use these new colfiles, along with the any others to make LC in SA solid. Let me know what you think.
