Radio Auto-Tune

Hi.

 

Is anyone else experiencing no auto-tuning taking place?

 

I've tried with most of the radio stations, and with the Auto-Tune in the Audio settings turned both on and off and whenever I get in a car (regardless if it's a "mission" car or any other vehicle), the radio station is set randomly instead of auto-tuning to my previously selected station.

 

I'm not using any user tracks (no MP3's).

 

Otherwise, the radio stations seem to play fine, change fine, and the equalizer, when on, seems to adjust the quality/volume as it should, depending on the vehicle.

 

Just one of those "nice to have" things. :-)

I'm having this very same problem too. It's very anoying having to cycle through the radio chanels when you jump in a new car just to get rid of Willie Nelson.

 

I haven't seen anyone else mention this though. With any luck this will be fixed in the upcoming patch.

the only thing i can say guys, or ask rather, is:

 

have u been turning on auto tue and then ESC,ESC,ESC to resume?

 

try using the "back" button in the options until ultimately choosing "resume"

 

 

seems like settings dont wanna stick unless you do that.

Using ESC or Back makes no difference.

 

Anyway, what I have noticed is that the radio station seems to linked to the vehicle type. Anytime I jack a particular vehicle for the first time, I have to change the radio station; but from that point forward, I'll never have to change it again for that particular vehicle model.

 

The only exception to this rule are cars given to you on missions.
