Nobody1337
Hallo everybody, at first i would like to excuse me for my english, it isn't really good So now to my problem... The game crashes everytime when i am trying to punch the people... When i am shoot at some one, or use any kind of weapon g.e. spraying etc... everything is fine, but if i try to use my fist against someone than the game freezes and i am geting back to the desktop... this su**s! because sometimes i forget to switch to a weapon when some gangs are going to bet me up, and this always happens when i am going to finish my mission... i hope someone can help me... Maybe the game crashes because of a sound problem?!?!could it be that punching starts a sound which couldn't be play because of my soundcard? I am so helpless and happy for any kind of an idea... losprimos
it can be your video card or if your using cheats it can have some type of effect on that also most likely its your Video Card
Nobody1337
i don't using any kind of cheats... so thats couldn't be the problem... u think the video card could be the prob? hmm i've played Vice City with the same card a time ago, and i've hadn't any probs... i have a FX5200 and tried to keep almost everything inside San Andreas at the oprions on the lowest skill... Can u give me any tips for change some options which could help me to play the game?maybe under the bios some options i could turn on or off??? it's really strange... everything works fine at the game... i can drive over the people, shot them down... everything works... but no punching hmmm also strange is this: i've shut down a gangmember (everything works fine) and when i tried to walk over his death body to catch the money the same errormessagebox cames up... the first memoryadress is always the same... 0x004dfe92... only the second one changed... hmmm... i've tried to debug the fu**ing sh*t, but i've a to small knowledge and no skill in this cases
losprimos
it could be your Controller Settings.....i doubt it but give it a try and In Mouse Setting Turn OFF all 3 that they list there So far from the GeForce FX5200 i havent seen anygood reviews Edited June 12, 2005 by losprimos
losprimos
I GOT THE SOLUTION! 1. Make sure that your windows log-in account has a password, the change that you have to make doesn't allow a blank password to be entered. 2. Second click "gta_san.exe" > "Run As" > "The following user" 3. Select user, type in password, press OK. 4. Log out (if you dont the game runs really slow for some reason) 5. Log back in and play the game!!
