Any way to 'lock' camera in place when driving?

I think this feature was ni the PS2 version, is there anyway to do it in the PC I'm using a PS2 controller and I find the camera angles not quite how I want it, I adjust it with the right stick and I remember being able to lock it in place on the PS2.
