I'd like to apologize if these were already asked... 1:Will interiors be disabled? 2:Will others be able to ride with you? 3:Can you just play as peds or can you use Characters? 4:Where are the respawn points?(Hospitals?) 5:When is the SA-MP expected to be released? 6:When are the VC-MP expected to be released? 7:Will mini-games be disabled?(Arcades?) 8:How many players can be in a Server? 9:Can 56k Modems be used to play? 10:Are Peds/Cars enabled? 11:What features will be disabled? 12:Is game-play edited much?(Air-Height,Weapons,ect...) They will probably do it. 2:Will others be able to ride with you? Of course, why not? 3:Can you just play as peds or can you use Characters? Probably not decided yet, but many of us hope for customizable CJs. 4:Where are the respawn points?(Hospitals?) Probably you just pick a spawn. 5:When is the SA-MP expected to be released? The FAQ says about 2-3 months, but its not an exact date. 6:When are the VC-MP expected to be released? No word on it yet, but there will be one. 7:Will mini-games be disabled?(Arcades?) I think Mike and XcR will do that, and they did say they will try syncing mini games 8:How many players can be in a Server? They are planning a 100 man MMO if its possible. We don't know the actor count as of yet, but kyeman will find out. 9:Can 56k Modems be used to play? Of course!....but expect lag since its a slow connection 10:Are Peds/Cars enabled? I don't think so. I know for sure it won't be on the first release. Putting peds are one of the next steps of the best GTA online. 11:What features will be disabled? The better question is, what will be enabled? They will try to sync everything. Its too early to see what can't be enabled yet. 12:Is game-play edited much?(Air-Height,Weapons,ect...) Good question. Probably not. I think SA is stable as it is. Its balanced IMO. Air/Height doesn't need to be changed, its fine. Weapons, are an important part of balance. I hope the SA-MP team doesn't believe in editing the weapon.dat files lol. They should believe in editing weapons ammo wise. Lets say the heat seeking rocket launcher kills in one hit. All you do is just give it a lot less ammo. Ex: Giving it 20 rockets is too much, so give it 5. Easy, balanced, fair, and fun as I say. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We will most likely have most interiors enabled. 2:Will others be able to ride with you? Yes, passenger will be enabled. 3:Can you just play as peds or can you use Characters? If you mean skins then this will be specifiable by a server-side INI file that contains gameplay options and server configuration. 4:Where are the respawn points?(Hospitals?) The spawn points are specifiable through the server INI. 5:When is the SA-MP expected to be released? The projected release date for the mod is roughly 2-3 months from now. 6:When are the VC-MP expected to be released? VC-MP will only be considered for release when SA-MP is perfected (as that is our main goal.) 7:Will mini-games be disabled?(Arcades?) Well, if mini-games were enabled and you triggered the mini-game event, your player would most likely be teleported to another location. 8:How many players can be in a Server? Well, we are working towards a MMO but we are not sure just how feasible this idea is. 9:Can 56k Modems be used to play? Dialup users will be able to play, but as with other online games, they will experience lag. 10:Are Peds/Cars enabled? This is definatly not going to be in the first release. There are complications with adding these features, so we'll see how it goes. 11:What features will be disabled? If you are talking about the syncing side of things, we have synced all the on-foot movements. 12:Is game-play edited much?(Air-Height,Weapons,ect...)
