pizzatrain doesnt work properly

I dowloaded the pizzatrainer from the home page at the gta san an website but it doesnt work properly. I put the exe and the other files into the main game director with gta_sa.exe but when i start pizzatrain.exe the music starts but the program doesnt actually show up its just a process and wont even appear on my task manager. Also in the game i can toggle the list by pressing F12 and it shows up but none of the "cheats" like shift+ F8 actually work they just dont do anything at all. anyone know what the hell is wrong with this thing?
