Game starts with error, random crashes

1st. sry for my english.

 

When i start game, i end up in a desktop, with massage, LET microsoft know about this problem. but game is working in background. I'f i wna start new game, it dosent work, i just get text "liberty city airport" i think. then i tryed to play from one random save, that i got on net, and IT WORKS!. but if i enter a car with mision.. i end up in desktop.

 

I allso delated that file under user files, but it allways come back.

I have l8est ati card drivers, and game works smooth, i allso se peds, no audio problems
