Some may consider that to be hidden, but...oh, let's not spam & fight. Do u have a cheat device? If so, I got the codes for it... It's not a ghost car. It's a rundown (abandoned) glendale. It spawns at the location. The resaon it rolls, if I'm not mistaken, is because the force of it spawning (or whatever) & the fact that it spawns on an incline, causes it to roll. One easy way to do it is to do it somewhere like at the Doherty Garage. Just blow up peds and cars and cops until the FBI come after you. When they get out of the FBI Rancher, save your game.
