27 Plus Trainer Link WONT WORK! HELP!

Is it just me or can noone else download the new 27 plus trainer that is on the front page of sanandreas.net?

 

When I click on the link it just reloads the same page..... This doesnt happen when I download the 10 and 13 plus trainers! HELP!
