qda Posted June 11, 2005 Share Posted June 11, 2005 you know the sound you hear when you put your ear next to snap crackle pop in milk? well thats what i hear when it rains in GTA.. and ONLY when it's raining.. and it seems to only happen on the left channel... really annoying crackle or pop.. not sure how to describe it.. very tinny little pops anyone else have this same problem? theantidote Posted June 11, 2005 Share Posted June 11, 2005 I think everyone is having sound problems. The rain sounds bad and completely mutes out all the other noises for me. qda Posted June 12, 2005 Author Share Posted June 12, 2005 this goes away when i turn acceleration in dxdiag to OFF... setting it any other notch and the problem is still there unfortunately, the game sounds worse without hw accel, and noticeably so... really hope theres a patch soon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
