Wow i just completely solved the lagging problem! The game runs like a charm now in 1024x768 with everything on high and draw distance at 3/4.

 

Blandyj suggested this, so credit goes to him.

 

I only turned hardware acceleration off in dxdiag. I can play it now without any problems!!! biggrin.gif

 

A friend of mine had the same problem, i phoned him and he got it fixed too the same way!

 

 

how to:

 

Go to start> run

type "dxdiag"

go to the "audio" tab

turn hardware acceleration all the way down

 

play! smile.gif
