domin8or
I've been playing SA without any problems for a while until now. Suddenly, the radio doesn't work but, unlike most people, the sound and voices work fine! When I go into the audio options and use the preview station thingie, the only thing I get is some 'hiss' or static sound. The music in the intro when the San Andreas logo appears plays fine, it's just the radio that doesn't work. I've installed GTA: SA full installation with radio on the hard drive. Dxdiag says everything is working fine and MP3 plays fine on my computer. I've got the latest drivers for my sound card, graphic card, directx, Windows etc. specs: P4 3,2GHz, 1GB PC3200, GeForce 6800 Ultra 256MB, Audigy 2 ZS. Anyone have any suggestions before I reinstall the game ? It's just so weird that this just happens suddenly. Thanks in advance.

Yablo4
I have the same problem , to test it further i played a mp3 in winamp then loaded gta, the sound would stop coming through when the main menu loaded. If you go to start run then type dxdiag then under the sound tab change your hardware sound acceleration lvl from full to standard you should be able to hear the radio again. hopefully they fix this in a patch for the game or a draver update for the soundcard soon.
