yeah Joe. i know. i still think it couldve gotten higher. the point was to see if i could do it with the ECU being replaced. before that i was only able to get it up to about 115mph and then it would just stay there accelerating. damn electronic limit that i had to get removed.

 

Thats not bad going though, espesh with the low speed limit's you have out there.

 

I have a limiter on the CC (areo dynamics, lol) - if the roofs down it wont go past 115 (it gets a tad windy!), roof up and it tops at 130, on private race track of course rolleyes.gif Not bad for a Diesel blush.gif

speed limits suck here. its like 55 or 65mph on the highway...too freaking slow. i always end up going between cars to get to open road and just get to where i need to go or hit more traffic. i got the car impounded once and a 400usd ticket because i was going over double the 55mph limit. i was like, this is bullsh*t. but i paid it all and still am with insurance. sad.gif

I've never seen anything other than black, because it is leather. It keeps bugs and road grime off the brunt of the car so when you take it off it is shiny clean.

 

They cost around 120 or 80 for just a hood cover, and are custom made for your model. They don't cover the headlights though, I had GTS Smoke Headlight covers that cost 50, to match the bra.

 

If you see the other zx2 guy's sig, that's what it looks like under there...which is exactly why I covered it up, haha. I was able to sell mine for abour 2900 though, even with 100,000 miles on it.

I actually got it for looks. You can't see it from the side, it's pretty nice.

Yea, I don't have one for my new car because it doesn't look as good with it. Although I do see a guy with a brand new corvette around here with one so apparently there are people who put them on nice cars as well.

yea, it was from the desert tounge.gif , its all clean now. when i took that pic, i had barely got it home and i was tired

they are ugly, but they do help out with keeping the front of your car clean. where my car was bought, in palmdale, alot of people had those.

Okay, this topic has been about bras long enough. You've never heard of it, you just want to complain. Don't worry, I don't have the car anymore, you don't have to bitch.

 

Of course you're not going to understand them when you've never even heard of them. People who care about their cars get bras. All the road-grime that collects and builds on the grille of your car is hard to get off. Bra= Problem solved. They don't care if it makes it look "raff" or "wank". In fact, most people think they look awesome anyways. Win/win. Apparently there are different types of people in this topic. Doesn't change anything.

I dont like them. Actually I dont like lexus at all. Sure, its well build, very good quality and stuff. But LEXUS cars are just so unemotional. Lets say compare Lexus LS430 to Mercedes CLS or S...
