Ah the Daewoo Barina or as I like to call it the Holden "Korina"!

Daewoo Barina, Daewoo Kalos, Chevrolet Kalos, Holden 'Korina'. Dear child has many names. It's not dear, though. Horrible little car.

The car is also called the Chevrolet Aveo and Pontiac G3 in America. Has many alias's, I think that car and the Astra are the most used car platform by the manufacturer.

The model that replaced the Kalos is called Aveo here in Europe. The new Matiz is also adopting the name used in the US where it's called Spark. The brand (Daewoo) is still in the process of being converted to Chevrolet, American model names and all.

The Santa Fe got a flat, so the day was spent on patching it up:

 

 

 

Official sources say that the use of this vehicle has tripled Lithuania's quarterly fuel consumption.

 

 

Also, there will soon be a 3.6L 2008 Pajero to keep the Santa Fe and Grand Cherokee company. We sure like wasting this planet's fuel.

I know this will get some bad comments, but since I painted it back in sept. Ive changed it up. Instead of rolling the 18's this season i switched it up and downgrade to 15x8 15's, slight stretch on the tires. I also put the Vent Visors and Dual Projector Headlights on.

Yeah their the Sportmax/XXR 002's. 0 Offset. I went cheap, but until I can ball bigger wiht 18's with the same amount of lip these will do

Sooo... it was hot last night and I woke at 7am on the dot this morning. Early Sunday TV just doesn't cut it anymore, so I cleaned, polished and Collinited both cars:

Went up to Nashville, checking on a GMC Jimmy I found on eBay. After talking to the guy (160K miles and he wanted $900, quite a good deal for a temporary car), I decided to check the Mazda dealer in Hickory Hollow. Great f*cking choice, they had an '08 Vibe for 12K. We talked numbers, and came out with a $500 down payment and $350/month. I'll be sharing it with my mother for four/five years, then she'll start looking for something else and it'll become mine.

Test drove the white Pacifica seen beside it. Thing had a sh*tload of leg room in all three rows, but it was an '05, which means it would've been a lot harder to get financed for.
