And now that his car is clean, he will do what he usually does and take it off-roading or camping.

He needs to stick some Canadian flags on the car tonight. It's an exciting night to be Canadian.

Can fit 3 cars on there side by side easily. Yes it is a very exciting night here indeed... but also kinda nerve racking as well, I'm glued to the TV awaiting the results which is something I've never done. *Le sigh* I must be getting old lol.

RV & Quads are winterized and stored now for the winter months so no more exploring the back country of my wonderful province until next May.:cry:

My second ever car, a 2009 Ford Ranger - only recently purchased:

Both very good vehicles.

Cheers!

Are those plates legal in Sweden?

Are those plates legal in Sweden?

No sir they are not. They're not reflective nor do they have the VIN stamped on them. I do however give zero f*cks because thanks to them I don't have to pay the congestion charge (they don't appear on the license plate cameras). The police around here don't seem to mind either. I've had police cruisers behind me, in front of me, policemen next to me at gas stations and they haven't done or said a thing.

So haven't been on here in a while due to exams and living life and the car has been on trips as well.

I went to a place called Jamberoo which it was my friends birthday. It is in the countryside and nearby there is a small coastal town called Kiama.

IdttGFu.jpg

After Kiama, went back to the shops and look what i spotted, apparently it is the supermarket owners car.

8SYIyEW.jpgAfter the bday, i decided to start heading home, gave her a quick wash and then went shopping, seems the other guy had the same idea.

tGh8efn.jpgLately, it rained, so yesterday i decided to wash her and give her a nice trim restore as well before i went to the coffee gathering.

A Skoda 135 "Favorit". Pretty rare sight on the roads, these days... Nice !!

I love the cars from the ex-socialist countries. Even more the last ones engineered in socialism and sold during the times of "peremen" (russian: changes): Those like your Skoda, the GAZ-3105, the Yugo Convertible, the Tatra T-700 etc ...

Edit: I spy a Yugo in your picture ! :-)

It's getting new spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, checker valve, and intake and valve cover gaskets. Apologies for the blurry pics.

OhgWz1M.jpgfD9paDk.jpgI think that's the only spot on the whole car with the famous Pony logo. It's the hood insulation.

We have two of those Skodas. One belongs to my brother. He completely ruined it with bad modifications. I'm gonna try and keep mine stock. Can't wait for it to actually become mine. (it currently belongs to my grandfather. i should be getting a licence next year)

Went to a drag event yesterday, so many cool cars... And now I'm really planning a project car, after I sell the Fiesta and buy Gouveia's Next Car . I'm really thinking I'll get an Escort for the project. Dunno why, I think that's the best course of action.

But meanwhile, I can't say I ain't happy with my little baby :p

I was going to say, I like the dark red one better already. It's not trying to be something it isn't.

Yeah, the red one is in much better condition. Has less original miles on the clock, the body is in better condition, with zero rust, the interior is in mint condition, etc. Only the paint has faded a bit, needs some polishing.

To be honest, I could never drive the white one. There's just too much stuff on it that don't belong there. Like Carlover said, it's trying to be something that it isn't.

Yours seems to be the older one too.

Going by the dash-board and the bumpers the white one is a facelift ?

Both are the same age. The white one has the dashboard from a Felicia.

My grandfather just bought me my first car! 1996 Dodge Dakota. 3.9l V6 and 5 speed manual. Not bad for $1400. Extremely happy with it.

Looks like a decent deal. I've heard of manual pick up trucks, but I've never seen them for sale on Craigslist or anything.

Did the brakes on my mothers malibu, Didnt realize she had the ultra light high performance pads.

Wow, if that's what all the pads looked like, there are probably trains with a shorter stopping distance than that Malibu.

Some more WRX photos. (I got lazy and was going to clean it yesterday, but I had to take it to a mechanic for repairs.)

I didn't get a clear answer when I asked this in another thread, but what's a good paint to use to repaint my WRX's rims (that's not plastidip)?
