Looks good. The cut off line is a lot cleaner than most of the installs I see.

nah, they go for high $$ here. i checked kbb.com and in its condition with the miles suggested retail value is $16500. it was well cared for, i went over this thing bumper to bumper i cant find a scratch. he had $9900 on it but cash talks.

Trucks generally go for a lot here too, but it's mostly work trucks. Most other NBS single cab step sides I see are under $5k, and KBB tends to be a little high on the private party values.

Hell, I think KBB valued my burb at $6k and some change. I paid $1800 and I was the only one to even call the guy about it.

I've never seen a Silverado as a single cab, short bed, step side before. Looks clean. The chrome steps look kind of out of weird on it though. Is the Grand Cherokee yours, too?

Yeah, very hard to get much money out of a truck here unless it's a 4wd diesel. Gassers don't hold their value at all.

Well I have no camera but I do have an Impreza RS. Mine's not silver, it's blue-ish purple-ish. Mine is, however, the same model and year (2004)

No, I just don't have that thin plastic filler piece in yet. I've got a green one sitting in my back yard but the one of the corner trim pieces is f*cked up so I can't put the middle piece in until I replace the corner. And I've forgotten to get one of those corner pieces that last 50 times I've been to the scrapyard, including twice today. It's just one of those things I'm never thinking about while I'm there.

 

One thing I did notice is that the gap is more uniform with this bumper. Maybe my frame isn't bent after all.

2.0 or 2.3? 5 speed or auto. My mom's got a 2.3 5 speed and it seems fairly nice. I think the 2.0 probably woudn't be quite enough engine for a heavy 3. The 2.0 got it done in my mom's old lighter 5 speed P5 though.

I've always liked the Grand Cherokee, well the '94-'04 at least. I'm not really into the 2005 and newer. I was looking at Grand Cherokees when I was looking for my first vehicle, but I found my Cherokee and fell in love with it. I'd really like to have a black '98 Grand Cherokee Limited with the 5.9L V8.

Well it's just a 2.0 4-speed auto, nothing real special. I wish that getting manual was in the equation back when I got it. But it packs enough power most of the time.
