It's got the diesel bumper, just can't see the intakes in the pic.

 

It's factory, just a fairly rare set-up with the 6.5 and the 12-bolt rear.

 

It was modified a bit before purchase, it's 400ci now, as opposed to 396, and it's now well over 500 ft-lbs, not sure of the exact numbers at the moment.

 

Oh, and you were close, it's a '94.

 

 

 

 

I'd love to get stacks for it, but right now the bed space is more important.

Every half ton 6.5 I've seen has an SF 14 bolt. Count that sh*t son. The older 5.7 diesels in the half ton square bodies had 12 bolts, and possibly the earlier 6.2 half tons. Most 6.2's I've seen had the SF 14. They are a bolt in swap, though. A 12 bolt from an 73-87 bodystyle will bolt into an 88-98. So if someone toasted the original rear end, a 12 bolt could have been swapped in its place.

In relation to aforementioned E60, 530d or i? Looks like a good piece of kit, though I'm not feeling the wheels. A little too late-1990s-McDonalds-car-park for my personal tastes. Set of concave Style 95's from a 7 series and you'll be rolling.

11-03 would make it an 04 car. So first year of the E60.

 

@Sivi - M54 would make it a gasser.

 

 

Garfield - what trans does it have? Manual, auto, or SMG? The MECH code makes me think manual but I'm not sure.

I'm 20 and the insurance cost me €1493.86 per annum.

Don't forget this is a 200+ bhp 3.0 litre car.
