cinematic lock up

When trying to enter the girls room in the burning house from Tenpenny's first mission, the cinematic won't play at all and everything ingame locks up basically.

I can still access the menu for some reason though.Has anybody else had any issues with other cinematics?How do i get past this (bug)?Thx.
