Paul (The Cheater) Posted June 10, 2005 Share Posted June 10, 2005 Is anyone else having this specific problem? I can hear all the sounds (I think) but when I drive a vehicle, it's silent. wijiwang Posted June 10, 2005 Share Posted June 10, 2005 I've got a SB Live 5.1 and I have the same exact problem. It has something to do with surround sound I think. Most games I play don't let me select EAX.. and San An won't let me turn it off! I replaced EAX.dll and I can now hear the sounds I couldn't before.. but... the sounds I didn't hear before now sound like they are coming through 'surround' speakers. Very bad.
