Convert Winamp Playlists to User Tracks

Hi,

 

The tool I wrote for making Winamp playlists into GTAIII and Vice City radio stations (http://www.strawp.net/gta) doesn't work in San Andreas, so I just knocked together a very quick script in PHP to do it.

Now, this thing NEEDS PHP. If you're already lost, wait for me to make a standalone version, but for all the hackers out there, you can just run this script from the command line and it'll do its thing.
