Yeah NVM, I meant to say, he looks a little cartoony for my taste.... he just doesn't have that mature serious face that he has on GTA3, but it's all good.

Yeah but the actual claude model in SA looks exactly the same as the GTA3 Claude so yeah he didn't age it seems lol

First off... has anyone noticed that the double wheels on the semis, including the Yosemite, Flatbed, and DFT-30, are absent in the PC version? They were there on PS2. I wanna knew where the f*ck all those extra wheels went. (Oh, and the DFT-30 is STILL missing the one wheel it was missing on PS2.)

GTA3Freak, no, the model hardly looks anything like the GTA3 one.

And I hope you guys realize that the game resets it's brightness settings every time the game starts and it defaults back to it's lowest brightness. Meaning, you have to set the brightness option each time you play for it to look right. You may notice the setting is still in the same place you left it last time, BUT, try lowering it. You'll see the game will instantly get brighter even when you lower it a notch, proving that it defaults to the lowest. Obviously you guys didn't know about this, because most the pictures above this post are dark as hell.

Sorry to say this,

No sh*t sherlock, of course the graphics are better on pc, what did you expect? Apart from the graphics, is there any other major improvement over the PS2 version? (Apart from mods)

Graphics, Mods, some bug fixes are the major chages I have seen but am only to the Badlands right now. Mods help make it more enjoyable than the PS2 IMHO but no earth shaking changes that I have seen.

@konoko - You sure that isn't just happening to some people because I am extremly picky with my brightness as my monitor is rather sh*te in the brightness department. I haven't noticed any problems with my brightness changing when restarting the game etc.

Oh and about claude, I meant he still looks fairly similar to the GTA3 version which given the 10 year gap is quite odd..

Fragger.

Are there really 10 years between SA and GTA3? How the hell did Claude stay with Catalina for so long? I'd say she ditched him as soon as they got to Liberty City. Yes, the game came out in 2002 (I guess), but that means nothing. smile.gif

i say Vice City 1985

San Andreas: 1994

2002? The game was first released on PS2 in 2001, hence it's set in 2001.

@BCspeed man, nice modding. So you removed and add some other sh*t aye? Might get that off you wink.gif

@black-hawk you've been playing too much splinter cell...

Erm...Vice City is set in 1986, San Andreas in 1992, it offiacially states that in the intros of the games. Only GTA3 doesn't have an official time period.

This isn't mine, it's taken from by a friend of mine named Bazookabo.

Driving on I-15 in Las Vegas reminds me of this picture.

**Note** I had NO IMPACT on this accident..this was the game's driving only!
