Hello! It is nice to meet you. Your game looks great too.
It´s a custom Timecyc. I made it myself. I can send you the file if you´d like to try it.
I'm using SkyGFX (Ps2 color filter), and starting from the default PS2 timecyc, modified the weather to achieve an atmosphere inspired by VCS, LCS and Beta GTA SA timecyc.

I would love to have the file, I really like the pink/purplish sky.

Pride district is dank now.

 

Reflective roads, GTA III/VC rain, OG timecycle, and newspaper's really makes a difference.

 

I really like the rain much more in GTA III/VC compared to SA.

 

Btw, I'm using Claude's animations from GTA III.

Some time ago I remembered how this game used to look, feel and play back when I first played it and hadn't discovered modding yet, so I decided to reinstall the game to relive the old days (at least for a while):

 

 

But then various bugs started to kick in and I had to put SilentPatch, Widescreen Fix and SkyGFX back in, lol.
