It's open season on any Families gang members seen in Jefferson, including CJ. The Jefferson Ballas are real angry the territory intrusion and have a shoot-on-sight policy for any Families they see. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Families gangs in Jefferson fight back as usual, but Jefferson Ballas are way too strong and tough....

 

 

 

Meanwhile, in a secret location up in the Las Colinas hills, the Vagos are planning to expand their territory into Las Venturas.
