OffRoader23 Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 This is a mod that took a while, but was totally worth it. It makes it so u can take almost any vehicle into transfender and buy Hydraulics, NOS, Car Stereo boost, and paint them. So far cop cars haven't went in, and the Monster Truck hasn't went in. I managed to get the Coach, News Van, Burrito, Tow Truck. I just got the game, so I haven't found many vehicles yet. But, it should work for every car that isn't special to the game. (It took a lot of editing, and I had to search for what vehicles were already on the car mods list, and then I edited vehicles.ide, and then made the NOS part list.) Have fun with it, I know I am! One thing though, I haven't found out how to make them have changeable rims. If anyone knows how to do this please tell me because that would complete this mod! I know that I got it to work with the Flatbed, and I plan on trying it on the BF Injection (should work almost surely). And I did get it to work on one vehicle I didn't expect it to work on. OffRoader23 Posted June 10, 2005 Author Share Posted June 10, 2005 (edited) Thanks for all the positive feedback guys, I figured, after I made this, that other people could have fun with it, so I figured why not, and uploaded it. I've found it doesn't work on most industrial vehicles, but then on others it does. I got it to work on the Caddy and the Forklift, but lol the forklift sucked becuase there was no radio, and no hydraulics because of the fork lift. One big thing that I am not happy with is that you can not buy new rims/wheels for the cars. I've tried multiple things on the code, but nothing has showed up when purchasing stuff. One thing that made me angry was that the yosemite truck is no longer a dually, but I painted it and put hydraulics on it anyways Edit: I don't care if you host it, I already have two places. If you do just tell me the address and I will add it in as a mirror. Keep in mind you must have done the mission where you customize the low rider in the low rider garage to unlock the Transfender customize garages. These are that cars that WON'T go into Transfender, they go into the other garages you unlock. (Loco Low Co. and Wheel Arch Angels) Also, just some cars, the garage won't take, because there's code in the game that tells the garage not to take it, but you can still use the glitch in my sig to customize them. Remember that all of these cars won't go into Transfender - The door says shut if you drive up to it. Black Zenith Posted June 25, 2005 Share Posted June 25, 2005 In order to get new rims on the vehicles, if it's anything like the playstation version, is to edit the VEHICLES.IDE. The last number in the row for a car is the wheel id. 0 is for Transfender, 1 is Wheelarch Angel, and 2 is Loco Low. -1 sets it to off. If you change the number of the wheel id on a car it will allow you buy those wheels. An example would be if you changed the Bullet wheel id from 0 to 1 you would be able to put tires on it that the street racers would be able to have. A 2 would let you put on lowrider wheels. This will not work on some vehicles. I have gotten it to work on the go kart and golf cart, and other various vehicles. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
