xbox freezing

I have gotten 42 of the photo ops in sf and the one I am trying to get is in the train station. Anyway, when I take it it says "43 photo ops" or whatever then the screen just goes black. I have tried others and I can get them, but whem I come back to the one in the train station and take it, it goes black again, and I cant here anything (it doesnt turn off). Anyone else having this problem?, or any ways to get all of them since I cant get this one?

 

EDIT: it seems after getting 49 and them getting the one in the train station it doesnt freeze. Maybe because this time it said "All snapshots taken", or something I dunno. Anyway disregard this thread
