Fro
While it is indeed only 24 hours after the release of SA, I'm wondering what indeed happened to the idea. I've read a few articles that state this as being false, yet on the book that comes with SA, there's a disclaimer regarding Mod Support and even mentions something about Modding tools that came with SA. While it mentions it on the site, the game' folder on my PC, and on the book, there hasn't been any more mention about it. My guess is that is that it might get released along with the 1.1 patch. Zach
Yeah, I've been wondering about that, too. The developers talked about mod support a lot in numerous interviews as of late, but in one interview it was mentioned (or strongly alluded to) that no actual tools will be released--only that the game files would be more easily modifiable. Looking at the files on my hard drive, though, they all seem just as cryptic to me as the other GTA series game files.
RogueIce
I'm pretty curious about this, too. I was kinda looking forward to doing something, and with built-in tools it would've been easier. Heck, the GTA:SA PC website still says Mod friendly ability. But I haven't come across anything in either the AutoRun screen or when I'm in the game itself. GTA3Freak-2001
As far as I know there are no tools supplied with the game, its all up to the mod community to do the tools I am afraid.
