If you're talking about the warning you get before saving a game, I believe that's just there permanently once you've ever entered any cheat at any time. Recommend turning off any cheats before saving (like, say, infinite health) just by entering them again, but that message is there for keeps. There is nothing special to do. Just type the cheat code during normal gameplay. You must type the code exactly or it will not work. For example, stand in front of CJ's house and type JUMPJET. You should see a Hydra jet appear in front of you. Some cheats that enable something can be disabled by typing them a second time. For example: 1st time to enable "Never Wanted", type AEZAKMI 2nd time to disable "Never Wanted", type AEZAKMI Some cheats can not be turned off. Be careful using these. They alter the game only slightly, so if you're desperate to play in the other cities without four stars they work. Myself, I'm gonna get there by the sweat of my brow... in other words, eventually.
