Id love to play if Special Forces actually f*cking worked.

 

I've had the game since 9am and I've played a sh*tty single player for 30 mins. It takes 15 whole mins to "Connect to Account Server" and then dives onto a black screen if im lucky.

 

If I do get onto the game I cann't fond any Special Forces servers. Oh and when I played single player the graphics were just abysmal...

 

Anyone have any ideas? I've defragged, virus scanned, spyware scanned and almost put my fist through my monitor. I also had a shower and tidied up!

Like I saidbefore every EA game patch lags and makes me have to turn my graphics down to be able to play which is BS. I hear others are having account server problems, I haven't tried it yet.

I aint played for a day or so cant really be arsed. But im on xfire so if theres a big game going ill be included, but first I got to fix my monitor, the screen keeps bouncing up and down constantly.

Played on a server with a few lads last night all doing it and was fun. Breathe of fresh air.

I'm up for it, but your "later" and my "later" are 2 different things

But mostly what makes me want to do it so badly is I just want to get my knife and pistol basic combat badges, after that I could care less.

Have u tryed that? Its a bumpy flight... Hard to explain but its hard to get an accurate shot on anything...

And it seems to be fixed, I just remembered the only thing that has changed is that I put the brightness up and I couldnt remember if it started happening just before I put it up or just after. So I put it back to how it was now everything is fine.

I waited all week to play this. Left all my plans aside to have day off of gaming to be let down.

 

Wasted another day doing jacksh*t hoping someone would pay EA's electric bill or something. Probably some f*cking hackers doing to be honest, seeing as they have such a hate rating at the moment.

 

Its times like these I want to go out and thrash my car around the backroads, but I have no petrol and theres no 24hour petrol stations for miles.

EA's account server is working fine again.

 

 

Strangely I got the Mid-East and Far East tonight. Still nothing I can do to figure out how or why other that maybe playing the game for X-amount of time in 1 setting.

 

I've got 50 rounds played in Mid-East and only 29 rounds for Far-East.

15+hrs Mid-East, only just a hair over 8hrs for Far-East.

However I do have 20+wins for both.

 

 

I finally got a Silver Star, now I don't care if I geta ny more or not...I've got the set.

Ok it's much to brag about but then I suck at games like this and yet I like them best.

Ya know whats rather weird... Grenades kill without exploding... I threw a grenade at an enemy, n it hit him, and the crosshairs did the thing symbolizing a hit, the enemy was killed by it, but 4 seconds after the grenade exploded... I just threw it at him n he died...

yes if the dude is low on health, you can kill them by hitting with a nade or a smoke nade. you can get a smoke nade kill

In CS1.6 I prefer the sniper over all weapons. Although the sniping physics in BF2 are different to those in CS, I prefer to select the sniper basically every time.

I managed to do that on Karkand a few days ago - it'd have been funny if the grenade hadn't bounced back at me. Boom.

Im getting tons of lag and I have a ping lower than 30. Odd, and not a graphics issue because I can play single player with no issues. My internet connection is fine and so is my network.

 

I suppose It must be EA servers, although I'm still on a sh*tty 512k connection. I'll be moving out soon hopefully, so I can get my own and decent internet connection.

 

From what I have played I'm enjoying it, although the fuzzy nightvision is ugly, even if it is realistic.

Well, BF:2 finally arrived today, I installed it, it installed fine and I created my account, all that. When I finally start to log onto a server (as well as single player) it gives me the blue screen and restarts my computer. I only just got the game too. I can't think of anything it would be.
