Funny that the new patch has more bugs than usual.

 

Sometimes you cant click on a spawn point to spawn, either a regular spawn or your squad leader, and no they arent in red they just dont respond. Also sometimes its IMPOSSIBLE to create a new squad you click create and it just doesnt work. People have had the same trouble joining and trying to leave their squad.

 

Also when commander or squad leader people have said they cant rightclick to say move to this position, sometimes it works but the arrow is miles off where they clicked.

I think I've had enough of this game now. Had alot of fun before the patch. The game has just had a sudden turn downhill now.

 

I'll still join in on mass games with everyone for fun. Just I aint playing this anymore.

I had those troubles before the patch too Daz tbh although I have had the red tagged team mates twice since the patch but never before.

I took out two full blackhawks today on mashtuur so fast with the vodnik, I didnt care because I was getting badges and aparently there are now IGLA's in that map. Blackhawks are now as useless as the flying fish (J-8). They should have just added more things to counter it not make things sh*tter.

 

Its all cack. I am just getting some awards then that will be probably it.

 

I noticed nobody plays anymore too. I wonder why that is...

I had around 12 people on my Xfire buddy list all playing BF2 when I set off for work last night. I'll be playing it when I'm old and grey. Last time I played a game like this was Delta Force 2, which I still have and play even today. It's my dirty little whore secret.

I was at a friends dorm earlier today, and he mentioned he's selling all his games because he's not into that stuff anymore. Even better, he has a DVD edition (whereas EVERYONE around here only carries CD). I ask him how much, and he says $15.

 

f*ck yes!

 

So yeah, I bring it home. No bad scratches or blemishes, and the install goes smoothly. I boot up the game, and get ready to get my ass handed to me sideways when I get a error message. I think "Hmm, must've timed out".

 

No. It's giving me some sh*t about being cd-key banned from the server.

 

I'm not sure if it was just one server who had banned the hash, but I was upset. I didn't do sh*t, and now I'm out $15.

 

So I went back and beat him stupid using the BF2 case. I kept the DVD, though. I'll either buy a "backup" copy and use the new cd-key or find another person selling their copy.

G36C without a doubt is the best, I played sh*t on a round for ages and I took this baby out ended up with 30 kills. G3 and DAO-12 next, as they are both so powerfull, you will most definatly take out two guys coming at you with that before you freak out and get killed.

 

Those are the 3 that are the bomb.

 

MK3A1 and PKM are both good but are only really recommended for experienced engineer and support players.

 

M95 and L85A1 should never be unlocked and should be dumped in a drain somewhere. (actually no thats just discusting) but they shouldnt be unlocked.

DAO-12 is hot sh*t. It makes playing AT a lot of fun, way more then before the unlock. I never thought it would happen, but i was wrong. I started playing quite a lot as AT after the DAO-12 unlock.

 

Basically, it gives you a weapon against almost anything! The only thing you should avoid is infantry at mid-range, as the shotty becomes poo and they can kill you before you draw your rocket launcher.
