Majestic said to me last night that its going to be much easier to gain ranks and that when most people play 1.03 for the first time they will go up in rank. New guns for us?

 

5000 corporal 15,000 sergeant, 25,000 staff sergeant, 40,000 gunnery sergeant. etc.

 

Could possibly be like that. Good in one way but bad in another.

Awesome. I'll be a sergeant by tonight if it's released then. And that means a new gun for me.

People were saying 22,000 gets you first sergeant. Which must be bullsh*t. Thats WAY too low for 6 unlocks. I dont know if id rather keep it how it is and have to earn more or have all the guns I only want one more anyway.

Unless it's an official announcement from EA, never get your hopes up. However, they said in a few days a few days ago, so it should be sometime this week.

Doesnt bother me really, half of the fixes are good and half seem bad. The new map will be a nice change but its not like we cant all play the game right now.

Edit: also I watched those two special forces videos again, and i noticed that the ENGINEER has the MP7, the 25 round H&K sub machinegun. And the Spec op kit had the G36, as well as the crossbow that fires the zipline. Seems all abit odd to me. Also looks as though there are no new pistols. It still looks like a beretta from what i can see. But at closer glance it looked like a Five-seveN, i doubt it but i can only hope.

BF2 1.03 Patch Tomorrow? 

 

According to big brother IGN the patch will be released tomorrow from this preview of Wake Island 2007 they have published:

 

    Weighing in at about 175MB, the patch is scheduled to come out tomorrow. So keep your eyes peeled on FilePlanet so you can get it while it's hot.

On the fence subject, from the construction site control point on sharqi peninsula on the east side you can land on the barbed wire fence, if you land right, you can stay on it, and every move you make, your player makes funny grunt noises, and its especially funny when you sprint down the fence he grunts and ows at a rapid rate.

Also, You can flag servers so it's easier to find your favourites.

[GTAF] is a good tag in my opinion, but i thought you couldnt change your name in game without making a new account
