Just whipped this up.

Goodfella.

Wow, that's nice dude, I think it'd be better if it flashed twice or something, that way you can see the background clearer and it'd give it a sort of lightning effect.

But hey I don't know graphics, I just know what I like smile.gif

Hey, I like that. Nice color use, the only problem I have is the eye flash. Don't go to pure white.

I'll try some other color combos. tounge.gif

Octember: It's whatever you want it to be, or it doesn't have to be anything at all.

Nice to see something new here.

I like the double-shot better, but the new eye colour is too dark.

You could definitely do some moody cartoon/comic style scenes with this style. This piece could use a defined environment, instead of just floating in darkness. A rainy street, gothic houses, that sort of thing.

Do (or at least post) more work with your Wacom, it's fun and you're not half bad - just don't start doing anime. smile.gif

Like Goodfella. said, I don't know art or graphics but I know what I like, and I like this.

I think the two flashes one is better, but I think that I like the white better than the orange. Maybe something minimal in the foreground, like the edges of trees (Or whatever is there.) showing up just a bit when it flashes. Not too much though, because the empty space there is good.

Heh heh. Anime. I stopped trying to do that a long time ago. tounge.gif Most of my stuff lately is loosely inspired by Tim Burton's conceptual doodles and Fatpie.com.

To give a bit of background on this piece, it was pretty much me messing around with Painter and different brush settings. Eventually I sorta' formed a field (the background for the figure), but thought it looked a bit too bland. So I pucked er' over to Photoshop and did a quick sketch of nothing specific. catloaf_by_anuj.gif If I were to do it again or with some intention, there'd be more detail, greater depth, and a more dynamic shot. sleepy.gif

I'm also pretty damn happy that folks are trying to figure out what it is. If it looks like something, but not specifically anything in particular, then I've succeeded.

I also threw this together for my wallpaper...
