Bench max-250

Deadlift-300

Cleaning Press-135

Leg Press-820, 12 reps

Im so weak, I could tell you if I actually went to the gym.

 

Age: 16

Height: 5'6

Weight: 110 lbs (tons)

 

Hey I got a question, when I do push ups, is my sternum susposed to pop? Every push up it does that. I need to do more so I can get mroe muscle, sicne I am so weak.

Anything that causes you bad pain while doing it either means your not doing it right or you have a problem. If you want info on home workouts check out my muscle and fitness topic in my sig.

Yeah it doesnt hurt, it just creeps me out and thats why I hate pushups. But if I do more, it will stop. Its just because im all bone®.

a little bit of a bump but...

 

Age- 14

Height- 5'8

weight- 140

 

Bench-120

squat- 225

pull ups- 10

dips- 20

jump rope- 3 minutes

power cleans- Dont max with those

Incline Press-90

 

I go to the gym every morning at 4 AM. Arm days and leg days.

 

Monday- Leg days

Tuesday- Arm

Wednesday- Day off too relax and sleep in

Thursday- Legs

Friday- Arms

 

I wasnt able to go this week because I have been sick, but I will start back up next week. Me and A couple of friends of mine do this to get ready for JV football. Our team will be so BadAss this year. We won the JV Championship last year as freshmen. Hopefully we can repeat.

Hi OTW, nothin much.

 

Getting up at 4 isnt that hard. I got use to it after the first week or so. Its easyier to get up then than at 7 or 6.

Well I'm not sure where exactly I got my first body fat number, but I was off by 4% or so and am actually closer to 14% than 10%.

 

4:00 is usually an hour or two after I go to bed on some nights. I'm more of a night person than morning.

i do mine everyday before work now, i do 1 cycle every monday which is a little of everything and then 1-2 body parts per day and my supplements everyday.

Do you even go to a GYM? or just do push up's? bored.gif Cuz that will only give u so much you have to work the other parts of your chest and tricepts which push up's work.

Yea, me and a bud are going to our schools weight lifting room. We started on the 15th. Our school opens the lifting room for kids from our school in the mornings. So Im lifting there.

Thats pretty good. Have you ever tried to add more weight on the bar on bench to see if you could maybe do 250?

I did that bench press (the max one) about two months ago and thought I wouldn't do anymore, so not to push my luck. Since then, my strength in chest has taken a bit of a plunge due to the summer and me not training hard enough. I'm starting to get back into it.

 

I tried to do 235 once today, but I couldn't get it back up the full way; I was about two inches away from getting it to the top, but it wouldn't budge. I was so close, but I'm getting back up there.
