I think the place is kinda nice and cozy for the financially mediocre part of the city's inhabitants, which really applies to me personally. I feel a very nice area to live and coexist with the people of San Fierro, since I love living in quiet areas, And I also love San Fierro (And I love San Francisco too!). It looks nice and quiet, and the natural land there is beautiful, especially the view across the body of water where you can see Las Venturas in distance.
