Brown Streak RR
Hey all, I have a question. Where do you all find the backgrounds for the sigs you create? I'm doing a logo (something I can handle... *lol*) for my H.S. Television Station, of which I help run. I was hoping for a dark green-ish color that looks really neat, something that would look good behind a Franklin Gothic Heavy Italic 'Sickles High School Television Production', which will be white. Scanlines will be added over to create a finishing effect. My only problem is (I've looked all over google), where can I find some sort of excellent, image-quality background? And how do I import them into the GIMP to take up the entire canvas? Thanks. Any help is appreciated. magical_trevor
The GIMP has a whole load of backgrounds (although they're probably not intended to be backgrounds and I'm just missing something, but meh) built in: Open up a new image, go to filters> render> fractal explorers>fractals tab then choose a fractal and click ok.. Example: If it's an image outside of the GIMP, just paste it in and resize the image to the correct size using the resize tool Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/192537-backgrounds/?do=findComment&comment=2851653 Share on other sites
