sky freezes and repeats sometimes

Hi all, my english is not very good but ill make my best effort.

 

When im playing after a short time(one mision or two) the sky freezes and starts repeated with the solid things of the city so i have to exit and start again the game, here i uploaded an screenshot of this: http://rastamotion.com/gta-problem.jpg

when this happens the indicators of the map at the bottom left of the screen disappears too, and also the top right things.

 

i had installed this game before in this pc without problems, now that i have reinstalled it this come up.

Hope someone can help cause this way i cant play good, any help will be very apreciated.

This exact problem happened to me when I was fiddling with the directx rendering portion of the game using the directx hook. If this is happening on a fresh install then I'd reccomend updating your graphics card drivers and downloading the latest version of directx.
