On the mission "Arms Shortage", where you have to help the one armed guy in the small army barracks north of the stadium, the Barracks is bullet proof. Its only in this mission cause i went back and checked again but it would explode. So im not sure what you're gonna do with a slow B/P vehicle but its there on that one mission if you want it.
