I'm like what i've read of it, Must have taken you a hell lot of time. I think you should see if you get it published but you wouldn't be able to because of copyright by Rockstar. So that sucks.

Good read though, I'm loving it.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I really appreciate your positive input and look foward to updating the story. The problem is that I can't figure where to continue. If you guys could maybe give me some ideas that'd be great.

Oh, and maybe an idea for a title. biggrin.gif

(Are you thinking of the word addicting?)

yo bean, been awhile you didnt post up new sh*t.. sad.gif

I liked the story. But i think after finishing sh*t up in LC, they should get back to SanAn, its the best place for the story...

maybe ballas got hard while they was away, and when they come back - grove street became disorganized so much, its impossible to bring them back together. Seville joined Vagos, when Temple Drive is hookin up with Ballas in the background while no1 sees and GSF's got so drugged by dealers - they cant think anymore.. just a few of them.

So you and all of your new made homies make an all-races gang, still based in Grove Street, but not blacks only... As Ceasar's gang got the same bullsh*t that grove street, he and his own closest gangmembers come with you.

Kiloke with his haitians found that its a nice oportunity to get their contacts up in SanAn and decide to come together with you...

Everything seems to go so well, but the little group of Vagos enforced by Seville neighbours and Temple Drive fools with Ballas trying to hit hard on you..

think about the rest

Sorry for the delay! I've been working on the story for awhile, but never actually had the chance to get on. So, here you guys go:

Chapter 21

CJ surfaced quickly, gasping for breath.

“C’mon Carl, we gotta get outta here!”

CJ looked in front of him; Sweet was there swimming towards a large figure in the distance. CJ could barely make it out, as his eyes were full of sea water and fog covered the water. He looked back down and realized he was sinking again. He snapped out of his state and began to swim after Sweet.

Carl yelled to his brother, “Yo Sweet! Where we goin’?”

Sweet yelled back, “I don’t know! I’m just tryin’ to get out the damn water, CJ!”

CJ understood and swam faster toward his brother. He was by his side within seconds.

Sweet seemed surprised when he saw CJ, “Damn, you swim fast as hell!”

CJ blushed, but figured Sweet couldn’t tell due to the huge amount of fog. Finally, after a few minutes of swimming, they both landed on a beach. CJ rolled over onto his back to catch his breath.

Sweet immediately stood up, “C’mon CJ! We gotta get on top of that thing.”

CJ slowly stood up and saw a huge lighthouse in front of him, ‘Oh, so that’s where we goin’?”

“Yeah, that’s where we goin’, CJ.” They both jogged over to the base of the lighthouse, trying to find a door.

“Hey CJ! I found a way in!”

Carl walked over to Sweet and saw him trying to kick open a rusted door, “Need help?”

With one last kick, the door flew off its hinges and fell inside.

Sweet looked over at CJ, “No.”

He then walked inside of the lighthouse. CJ followed him, but pulled out his pocket knife for protection.

As soon as they walked in, CJ could tell that this was going to be very difficult. It was nearly pitch black, with little light coming in from holes in the walls. The staircase to the top was in a spiral and seemed very dangerous. CJ watched Sweet quickly jog up the stairs. He followed, but a little more cautious.

He tried to calm Sweet down, “Sweet, you should slow down, man.”

Sweet was a few levels above CJ and flipped him off over the railing.

CJ smiled, “A’ight, I guess I’ll be the one explaining to Kendyl why I was the only Johnson who came back.”

Sweet ignored him and kept moving.

“Fu*k it.”

CJ started to sprint up the staircase and was behind Sweet in no time.

Sweet looked back and smiled, “Wow, looks like you can keep up.”

CJ ignored that comment, “Where the hell is everyone at?”

Sweet shrugged his shoulders, “I don’t know. That’s why I’m trying to get to the top of this bitch to try and get a signal.”

“For what?”

“For a fu*kin’ cell phone!”

CJ pulled out his, “Wanna use mine?”

Sweet grabbed it, “Yeah, guess so.”

Finally, after the exhausting trip up to the lighthouse, they made it to the top.

Sweet was the first to talk, “Damn, you can see half of Liberty up here, huh?”

CJ wasn’t interested in that, and pointed over to the mansion on the mountainside, “Yo, isn’t that Vercetti’s dogs?”

Sweet nodded his head, “Yeah, you couldn’t miss those fu*kin’ Hawaiian shirts from ten miles away.”

CJ looked on top the roof and quickly ducked down. Before Sweet could say anything, he pulled his brother with him.

“What’s wrong CJ?”

CJ pointed behind his shoulder, “There’s a sniper on the roof.”

Sweet pulled out the cell phone, “Yeah, but that nigga can’t see us. We’re behind a wall.”

“No, we’re behind a fu*kin’ rail.”

Sweet looked behind him, “Sh*t, I guess so.”

CJ quickly ran over to the other side of the lighthouse, out of the sniper’s view. Sweet followed, but was still trying to dial the number.

CJ breathed a sigh of relief and leaned on the railing, “Who you tryin’ to call?”

Sweet didn’t say anything back, but spoke loudly into the phone, “Yo Cease! You there man?”

CJ noticed the lighthouse light wasn’t on. He figured that it was so old that it’s been like that for awhile.

Sweet handed the phone back to CJ, “I can’t understand this fool, tell him we need a way out, fast.”

CJ put the phone next his ear, “Ceaser?” All CJ could hear was static, but in the background he could hear his friend’s voice. “Cease? What’s goin’ on?”

Finally, the static stopped, “Sorry CJ. We just went through a tunnel. Where you at, holmes?”

“We on the lighthouse.” CJ could hear Ceaser telling the driver something before responding, “Uh, I guess we can make it.”

“Hurry!”

“Why what’s wrong, CJ?”

CJ snuck another look at the sniper; he was looking away from them.

“No time to explain, just hurry!”

CJ then hung up.

Sweet stared at CJ, “So?”

“They on their way.”

“How long?”

CJ shrugged his shoulders, “I don’t know.”

Sweet leaned against the railing next to CJ, “So what’s up with Vercetti and them?”

CJ shrugged his shoulders, “I don’t know. Guess they just grabbed the mansion for themselves.”

Sweet had a concerned look on his face, “Hey, ain’t that Joey’s place?”

“Yeah, he gonna be mad as hell when finds out.”

They shared a laugh and went silent again. Sweet leaned off the railing and stood opposite of CJ, “Hey CJ.”

“What’s up Sweet?”

“I think we should head back to the hood.”

“What? What’s wrong with you? We can get Liberty locked down with all our help.”

Sweet shook his head and looked at his shoes, “I can’t keep doin’ this sh*t, man. I’m gettin’ old.”

CJ didn’t say anything at first, but put his arm around his brother, “It’s all cool, nigga. All we gotta do is wipe out Vercetti and-”

Sweet pushed his brother off and CJ could tell he was pissed.

“You know what? No! No, I ain’t doin’ this sh*t no more. After Ceaser gets here, I’m heading back to the Grove!”

CJ tried to calm him down, “Sweet! You can’t just waltz back into that place! Besides, even if we did manage to get back to Los Santos without getting shot down by Vercetti’s goons, the Yakuza have that place locked down.”

Sweet shook his head, “CJ, I’m not what I was ten years ago, I’m slowin’ down! If I die, I wanna die on my terms, on my turf. Not by some punk-ass sniper in a place I don’t even know!”

They both became silent and didn’t speak to each other.

In the distance, CJ could hear yelling.

“Check that lighthouse over there! I heard someone shouting or something! Bring a few guys with ya!”

CJ looked up at Sweet; he heard it too.

“Sweet, we gotta get the fu*k outta here!”

They stood up and CJ began to walk down the stairs. He could feel Sweet grab the back of his shirt and he was jerked back.

“CJ, look over there!”

CJ could see Claude and a few of his goons walking down the dirt road connecting to the mansion. Claude was wielding an automatic rifle, and one of his soldiers even had a rocket launcher.

Sweet tapped CJ on the shoulder, “Who’s that?”

CJ took a peek and quickly ducked back down, “That’s Claude, they guy I was telling you about!”

Claude tossed his rifle to one of his guys and grabbed the rocket launcher.

“Sh*t, get down,” CJ said.

“I thought he was one of our guys.”

“That nigga’s crazy, you don’t ever know what he’s gonna do when he’s pissed!”

“Why the hell did you trust him then?”

Before CJ could speak, he heard Claude fire a rocket. It was followed by a huge explosions and a bunch of tiny little screams.

CJ stood up, “C’mon!”

Sweet followed without saying a word. CJ saw a helicopter flying overhead, “That’s our ride!”

The helicopter unloaded on the mansion while it steadily positioned itself above CJ and Sweet.

“How you know it’s Ceaser?”

CJ shrugged his shoulders, “I don’t! That’s our ride!”

“I like the way you think, CJ!”

CJ grabbed the edge of the chopper and pulled himself up. He then climbed inside and kicked the pilot on the side of the head. After tossing the unconscious pilot aside, he grabbed the controls.

“Don’t even think about it!”

CJ looked back and saw what he figured was the gunner pointing a pistol straight at his face.

CJ quickly pointed behind him, “Look out!” The pilot turned his head and CJ kicked him in his sternum, hoping to knock him out. The gunner bounced off the back wall, but never fell.

The gunner smiled, “Peace out, homie!”

CJ closed his eyes and braced himself for the bullet, but it never came.

“Get off my brother!”

CJ opened his eyes and saw Sweet wrestling with the pilot.

“CJ, get us outta here!”

He realized that the helicopter was spinning out of controls and quickly grabbed the controls.

“You need help Sweet?”

He looked back and saw Sweet push the gunner out of the chopper.

“He ain’t gonna have to worry about gettin' home now!”

CJ smiled, “Yeah, but what about this guy?”

CJ pointed over to the unconscious pilot.

Sweet smiled and grabbed the pilot, “I got him.”

CJ watched his brother begin to tie the pilot to the side of the helicopter with bungee cord, “Make sure he don’t fall out, Sweet!”

Carl turned around and saw that the helicopter was heading straight for the lighthouse.

“Sh*t! Hang on Sweet!”

CJ jerked the throttle backwards, trying to avoid a collision. The chopper was now completely vertical, and was slowly pulling away from the lighthouse.

CJ then slowly reached for the throttle again, and slowly leveled out the helicopter. He breathed a sigh of relief, “Damn, that nearly had us done for sure. You a’ight Sweet?”

There was no answer.

“Sweet?”

CJ turned around; Sweet was nowhere in sight.

Thanks for the feedback (sarcasm)!

Chapter 22

CJ immediately turned around and quickly landed the helicopter on top of the mansion.

“Sweet!”

CJ jumped out and looked over the edge of the roof, trying to spot his brother in the water.

“I’m right here, nigga!”

CJ spun around, and saw his brother grasping onto the tail of the helicopter.

He laughed, “Do I even wanna know how you managed to do that?”

Sweet jumped down, “Yeah, your sh*tty flyin’.”

The smile on CJ’s face vanished, “Shut up! You best be glad I saved your life!”

“Yeah, after you almost killed us both!”

CJ walked down the steps, “Whatever, let’s go see what Claude’s up to.”

“Move it CJ!”

CJ felt Sweet’s hand push him. He nearly fell, but regained balance.

“Quit it!”

“Relax! Just playin’ with ya!”

CJ jumped the last few steps, hoping Sweet wouldn’t push him anymore. As soon as CJ saw the bar in the mansion, he knew that Claude meant business. Broken bottles littered the bar top, many with the bullet still in them. Pictures that were once hanging peacefully now were riddled with bullet holes.

“Hey CJ, where’s Claude at?”

CJ looked outside; Claude was still standing on the dirt road.

They stepped over the bodies and started to walk over to him.

“Yo, are you sure he’s down?” Sweet asked.

“Just lemme do the talking.”

Claude was grinned at them as they approached.

CJ held out his hand, “’Sup Claude?”

As soon as he held out his hand, he was met with the sound of dozens of gun cocks.

CJ looked around, he was surrounded.

“Better not do anything stupid, CJ,” Sweet whispered.

CJ hesitated, and finally drew his hand away, “So, you down with us?”

Claude’s grin faded, but he didn’t say anything.

“Uh, can you talk?”

CJ heard one of the goons yell, “He doesn’t speak unless required.”

CJ looked over at the goon, “Why?”

Claude took a step closer to CJ.

Carl took a step back, “Yo, get any closer and you’ll be layin’ on your back.”

Claude grinned again, “Really?”

“Oh, I guess you can talk!”

He spoke in a very low voice, which matched his appearance, “Do you really think you can take on Vercetti yourself?”

Sweet jumped in the conversation, “Hell yeah! That mothafu*ka supplied them Ballerz! He as good as dead then!”

Claude let out a small laugh, “You must be Sweet; the annoying sidekick.”

That sent Sweet over the edge, “What? Bitch I’ll kill you!”

He tried to grab him, but CJ pushed him away. “Sweet! You tryin’ to kill us?”

Sweet had a look in his eyes that scared CJ. He hadn’t seen that look since, well, five minutes ago.

“Alright, just stay back and lemme do the talking.”

Sweet shook his head and walked over to the mansion.

CJ turned back around, “So where were we?”

Claude told his goons to back off, “Carl, get out of Liberty while you still can.”

CJ laughed, “Oh, and leave you the money, girls, cars, and sh*t?”

Claude shook his head, “Do you even know what’s going on in Los Santos?”

“Yeah, Yakuza’s chillin’ there. We’ll just wipe ‘em out when we come back.”

Claude shook his head, “Carl… Los Santos is a war zone right now. Ever since you left, Ballerz have been regrouping, Vagos have been dealing with the Columbian, and even the San Fierro Rifa have been pushing to get into Los Santos.”

CJ was quiet for a moment, “What about the Grove? Oh, sh*t! Where’s Kendyl?”

Claude shrugged his shoulders, “I haven’t heard anything about the Families.”

CJ nodded his head, “Thanks, man.”

He quickly turned around and sprinted after Sweet.

“Sweet!”

Sweet turned around, “What’s wrong, man?”

CJ gasped for air, “Okay, look… We gotta get to Los Santos.”

Sweet was alarmed, “What? Why? Calm down, CJ!”

CJ pointed over to the main gate, “Cesar’s gonna be here in a minute. Things are worse in Los Santos than I thought! I’ll tell you on the way!”

He took off, with Sweet right behind him, “Where’s Claude?”

“He took off! C’mon, hurry up!”

A few seconds later, Ceaser pulled alongside the curb in an unmarked van.

“C’mon CJ! Hop in!”

Eddie and Mike were in the van already. CJ and Sweet climbed in the van and closed the doors behind them.

“Sh*t, what’s poppin’ CJ?” Mike asked.

CJ shook his head, trying to make sense of what was going on, “I have no fu*kin’ clue. All I know is we gotta get back to Los Santos now!”

Ceaser looked at CJ, “You sure, holmes?”

“Yeah, I’ll explain it on the way back to the apartments. We gotta pick up Woozie.”

The unmarked van swerved into the parking lot of the complex, nearly tipping over. CJ climbed out and ran inside.

“Yo, Woozie! Joey! You here?”

Joey busted through the bathroom door, “What’s the matter Carl?”

“We gotta situation on our hands. Where’s Woozie?”

Joey pointed to the steam room, “In there.”

CJ walked over to the steam room door and knocked, “Woozie, c’mon man! Put on your clothes and meet us outside!”

“What’s going on CJ?”

“C’mon, I’ll tell you on the way there!”

CJ turned around and began to run out the door.

He was stopped by Joey, “Everything okay?”

CJ shook his head, “Na, everything’s real fu*ked up! You coming?”

Joey was puzzled, “I don’t know what’s going on!”

CJ pulled his arm, “C’mon, I’ll tell you outside.”

CJ and Joey ran outside, with a sloppily dressed Woozie struggling behind.

CJ got on top of the van and stopped the chattering, “All right, look: Sh*t’s real fu*ked up in Los Santos now. Me and Sweet are heading back down there, you guys coming?”

Big Bear joined the gang, “Damn, what’s crackin’ CJ?”

“Ballerz comin’ back, that’s what’s up.”

“What?” CJ jumped off the van and grabbed a nearby parked Kuruma. Sweet and Big Bear hopped in with him.

Sweet shut the door, “What about Kiloke and them?”

CJ cursed under his breath, “Damn, uh, hang on…”

CJ pulled out his phone and tossed it to Big Bear in the back, “Call Kiloke and tell him to hold down this place while we’re gone.”

Big Bear started to dial the number, “We comin’ back right?”

CJ shrugged his shoulders, “I don’t know. Just call Kiloke and tell ‘em.”

Ceaser ran over to the driver’s window, “CJ!”

Carl rolled down the window, “What?”

“We’re coming too! Los Santos has been my home all my life. We’re not gonna let the Los Azteca go out like that, holmes!”

CJ shook his head, “I know that, but I think you should stay here with Kiloke.”

Ceaser shook his head, “Fu*k that, ese! I ain’t gonna let no Baller pushers get a hold of my block!”

CJ hung his head, trying to think.

Sweet joined in, “Ceaser, you gotta come with us. For all we know the Families is gone, CJ. We gotta get as much help as we can.”

CJ looked at his brother, “Yeah, you right. But what about Kiloke? We can’t just leave them alone!”

“I’ll help him.”

Woozie stood behind Ceaser.

“You sure Woozie?” Carl asked.

“Yes, I’ve got reinforcements coming in today; we’ll be able to hold this place down for a good month or two.”

Ceaser looked back at CJ, “Is that enough?”

CJ nodded his head, “All right, keep up if you can.”

“Where we headin’ CJ?”

“Airport, but we gotta watch for Vercetti’s dudes.”

Ceaser began to walk away, “All right, holmes.”

CJ yelled for him, “Hey Cease!”

He turned around, “What?”

“Don’t die on me; we’re the only people that can help Los Santos now.”

Ceaser nodded his head and walked over to the van, intent on saving his home.

Joey opened the back door and sat down, “Let’s go.”

Sweet let out a cry, “Ah, we ain’t takin’ this fool with us are we?”

CJ nodded his head, “Yeah! Sweet, this dude got a sure shot with an Eagle.”

“Whatever, just get us to Francis.”

CJ put the car in drive, “You guys ready?”

Big Bear gently pushed CJ’s head, “Yeah, nigga! Why you think we got inside?”

CJ slammed his foot on the accelerator, “Ya’ll hang on tight, this is gonna be a hard ride.”

I'm sorry, but I can't do this anymore. With all my focus on my football team, plus all my homework I've been dealing with, and other sh*t I have to deal with, I can't keep doing this. It was great, but I just don't have any time keep writing. Even you guys can tell the story got duller as it went along, I ain't gonna lie. So, I guess we'll just have to shut down the topic.

If anyone wants to keep it up and running, I would be glad to hand over the controls. I just don't half-ass work by someone with bad grammar.

Thanks for everyone who gave me feedback, and I'm looking foward to writing again here on GTA Forums.
