I take it that you made it in Paint? If so, it's not that bad, and better than your others. However, the text is terrible. It sticks out too much. Make it blend better if possible.

The font looks slightly better, but it is still ugly, the background is poor, it looks like you've made it with the spraypaint tool in Paint, then just blurred it. And why is that same effect on the actually image.

Nice picture of the godfather. But im not so keen on the airbrushed picture nor the red. It would look ok just either normal or just black and white. Is that price down your using as the font because i quite like it. If that had a black out line and white inside it would look perfect. And a border like this:

 

I did a picture i thought you might understand better about the border.

 

And be more confident about your work. I think its getting better.
