Moto
I just got done watching it. Holy sh*t. That Gundam game and Killzone 2 looked f*cking awesome. Again, holy sh*t. I wish they were gameplay footage.
JulioCaesar
Guys, did you see the specs of the PS3? It has the power of 3 Radeon 6800 pro graphics cards. I am aboslutely POSITIVE the footage you see in those videos are very, VERY close to the real deal.

RMT
I think Killzone was CGI (me probably got it wrong), like what Final Fantasy the movie used. But still, f*ck me silly with a rusty spoon, if that is gameplay footage. That's the best video I've seen thus far from E3. Pacrel Focre

SBizz6
That PS3 conference blew me the f*ck away. Screw all of the other consoles, PS3 looks like the big time ass kicker this time around. The eyetoy cup thing, Killzone, the Unreal thing, Fight Night....I was floored. I'm very impressed by what Sony is doing. Cant wait for this thing to hit shelves. gta_sa_534
Most likely I am going to get a PS3 and if I earn enough money or hear that the Xbox 360 is better, then I will get it. The PS3 really blew some, I hope all, of us away. That was the best conference of them all, except the japanese accent it was hard to understand what they were saying. Goodfella.
I think as far as the consoles actually look Nintendo's is by far the best, I could fit it up my arse whilst I travel about...
Moto
What they do is say something, like saying it's two 6800's. But of course, it's not even close to the power of two. They're only saying that one calculation - probably one that most people don't understand, like FLOPS - is double that of another.
Bizzare
Let it be known I havent really read a great deal about whats going on and havent even bothered to see much footage. Stuff like this is becoming the norm for old timers like me, that being said im aware that at least one if not all of the new kids on the block is using wi-fi/bluetooth controllers, all very nice we say, but what power source are the controllers using? Please tell me it's the heat from my hands and not fking batterys.
Jonny_Tightlips
Why is it that most of the new systems look like remade PS2s? ...besides that I ain't sayin nuthin.
darthYENIK
Just to correct everyone. All games are Computer Generated Imagery. The question is was it prerendered. I say Killzone is half and half.
StuntGames
I really doubt that killzone was realtime. Yes it looked amazing, but from all the scenery/effects/textures and the really smooth framerate, it cant be the real thing. I assume they also used a tricky camera to make it look like they were acually controlling the character.....that and they failed to show a zoom in/out like unreal 3, so we know for sure that it was real. But I will give you this : I think the next fight night is infact realtime.
Hunter¥
According to G4+IGN's coverage, Killzone was realtime. Tampering was suspected though.
JulioCaesar
A game that is a bit more modest in its "gameplay" footage is this game called Full Auto. Go see a movie of it and you'll see the graphics are no where near the quality of Killzone. The movies, however, could potentially cause siezures because they're so high paced. SBizz6
Hey all, new pics of the PS3 controller: It seriously doesnt look so bad from that view. Simon.
On those new PS3 controller pics is that a USB port on it?, looks like we may not have to use batteries if we choose not to, maybe we can hook up up out controllers via special USB cord. scabo19
The ps3 has impressed me most i must say. It's capabilities are top of the line. This combined with unlimited 3rd party support is gonna make sony prevails for sure. The xbox360 looks more like a xbox 1.5. The graphics were not nearly as impressive as the ps3's,microsoft is releasing it too fast,it seems to appeal more to casual gamers than hardcore gamers and I have a feeling that its going to make a semi-dreamcast plunge but i could be very very wrong plus i must remember that all the demos are alpha versions and real versions are probably gonna look better. As to nintendo,we dont really know much yet. They were smart enough to adopt a sleek, small and attractive design for the rev(they say its roughly the size of 3 dvd cases) and hopefully they will be smart enough to try to appeal to mature gamers while still attracting nintendo fanboys lost in nostalgia and producing their crappy ass kiddie games.I was however turned on by the ability to download/play nes,snes,n64 and gamecube games.Only time will tell though cuz they're being extremely secretive about games. If you watched the whole PS3 video, then you would know that it uses the USB cable to charge the controllers. The controllers have a little over a whole days worth of videogame playing and then you use the USB hook up to charge the controllers. I don't know if it means anything or not, but I noticed that during the presentation, some of the people were using the black PS2 controllers while presenting stuff you could do on the PS3. Thanks for the confirmation I haven't seen any of he videos, I only have 56k . So can you play the PS3 while the controllers are charging, if that is the case I'll keep my controller on the charger . Ideas like this worry me as it's just a complete gimmick, controller leads arent really an issue with any gamer and after time, say 6 months of charging your PS3 it's max battery life will be less than when it was originally used. I would of appreciated some sort of meter indicating the strength left in your joypad/anal sextoy. Then we get to the stage when your playing agaisnt a friend and bam your controller starts to die, anyone know if we know the range on these things, lol I just imagine having to sit a foot away from it in order to get the most active response.
