blindsk8er6d9
Looks like the spiderman text to me. I wish I knew what all that stuff means. It sounds cool. So if anyone knows, how much better wii the PS3 be than the PS2?

Trogdor!
Am I the only one that thinks all 3 new consoles don't look all that good? The XBox reminds me of a DVD player, and it's still huge as usual. The Nintendo Revolution is basically a black cuboid (pretty much like a PS2) The PS3 looks the best out the lot to me though. But where's the creativity in these consoles? Trogdor!
Heh, yeah, I did mean the actual look of the consoles. Not the specs itself though, which do look amazing
weirdal
Does this remind you of Spider-Man text? It does for me. Well, I guess Spider-Man is made by Sony so I guess it don't really matter. What do you think? thats exactly what I thought all these great PS3 specs remind me that its going to cost a ton and I'm going to be too poor to buy it untill 2 years after it comes out hopefully they make it affordable
AZAZEL
Yeah, there isn't really any mind-blowing design revolutions. They all look nice, and I'll deffinately be buying me atleast a PS3, but they do seem a bit dull. A feeling that can only strengthen over time - unless they do some design revamps along the way. ~az
Grandthefter
I dont look at the console when im playing games. And seeing some of the trailers and snippets from games coming out on the next-gens then i'll deff be paying more attention to those
silver007
The PS3 and Revoultion look awesome to me, definatly going to look into them, not to sure about the Xbox 360 either, never got an xbox, have a PS2 and Gamecube though but heres a nice kicker, along with the Revolution, the Nintendo is releasing the new "Game Boy Micro" Click here to see even larger Image http://gameboy.ign.com/articles/615/615160p1.html The Game Boy is reborn once again, as Nintendo today announced the Game Boy Micro, a stylish (and surprisingly small) retooling of the Game Boy Advance. Measuring 4 inches wide, 2 inches tall and 0.7 inches deep; and weighing just 2.8 ounces, the silver-clad Micro is probably the slickest -- or at the very least, most portable -- Game Boy hardware yet. Better yet, it will play all the GBA and Game Boy games currently handled by the GBA SP.
ChaosAlert
Revolution looks awesome imo, not only becasue of it's small size, but because of the simplicity to it's design. But yet again, I don't think it looks that real. Why does it have a silver stand, do they want it stand vertically? It's better to have an option... well, you can't stand a GC on it's side though, but it'd be better flat tbh. Now that I've seen the thing itself, I want to hear some info on some new games, if yet any...
Moto
Nintendo made a good choice in the design for the revolution. Very sleek.

I know it probably wont happen but i have my fingers crossed for GTA4 info or a new soal reaver game. There already is GTA4 Info...... well sorrta Despite early reports that claimed Grand Theft Auto would be a PS3 launch title (gotta love that early launch chaos), we have confirmed with our editors at the Sony E3 press event that no new GTA title has been confirmed for Sony's upcoming machine. What Rockstar did confirm, however, was that it would be supporting the powerhouse system in the future and that it's looking forward to creating living, breathing worlds with the Cell technology. Evidence of this could be found in Rockstar's PS3 trailer that showed an old-west style desert game that is as of yet unnamed. http://ps3.ign.com/articles/614/614665p1.html note you may get an 500 error clicking on the link, ign is having trobles with there website
ChaosAlert
No sign of confirmation? I doubt that means there won't be a GTA4 title. Perhaps most surprising, the Revolution will give players access to Nintendo's back catalog of games. That's right: you'll be able to download classic titles for the Nintendo 64, Super NES, and original NES systems -- in addition to playing your library of GameCube titles. Okay, so I'm guessing that you'll be able to download these games for free, which will then be stored onto a memory card or something. Nope... I'm sure Nintendo may have some sort of 'storage' for the game downloads... but that's just a guess.

ChaosAlert
Is the PS3 model a proto-type or the official one? Sony mentioned before E3, that they were going to show a prototype version. Good thing though, because the controller is awful.
gta_sa_534
Ok, good cause I don't like the spider-man font or the controller. The font for some reason doesn't show what the actual PS company is I likie the PS font better. The controller, by the way, look like dildos, bananas, sex toys, and boomerangs, which is really weird. I agree. If Nintendo has a really good controller for this round, which they may well do (well, either that or really gimmicky, in which case they will die a horrible fiery death), they might be able to pick up the pace again. Sony looks to be lagging behind a bit, and Microsoft is streaking away in the lead. The fact they've pretty much forced the other two manufacturers into releasing their systems already says a great deal. Assuming the games stay relatively similar to the current generation, I'll be going 360 this round. On another note, I can't be the only one that thinks Nintendo N5 sounds a whole lot cooler than Revolution.

ChaosAlert
Nintendo's Conference Already working on several wifi games for launch. Smash Bros. will be launch game -- wifi. w00tage. I can see this game being great already. ^_^ Says it's the smallest console Nintendo has ever manufactured. Says the final machine will be even smaller than the concept unit he's holding. It looks awesome at it's size, I'd like to see a comparison on all three console heights though.
gta_sa_534
On the Nintendo, I have never really liked any nintendo products. First off all there games suck! Second there games are always so small, so you have so tiny game cards and discs. About the micro if you look at this pic: Look at how small the screen is. The game cards are really small and the screen is smaller. They don't have any good games like racing or Shooting games on the Nintendos either. Surely you can't deny the greatness that is Super Smash Brothers? I do agree about some parts though - most their games are too childish for my liking. GameMaster90
Legend of Zelda: Princess Twilight [CVG: Source] The eagerly-anticipated new Legend of Zelda game will be subtitled Twilight Princess and will allow Link to turn into a wolf, Nintendo revealed today at its pre-E3 press conference. Due this Christmas on GameCube, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess casts Link as a wrangler living on the outskirts of Hyrule. The kingdom suddenly becomes enshrouded by darkness, which has the side effect of turning Link into a wolf! We were shown a beautiful trailer of Twilight Princess, including several scenes where the wolfen Link fought enemies or solved puzzles using his vicious teeth. He will also be joined by a 'mysterious being' called Midna. Of course, Twilight Princess will also feature an advance horseback combat system as well as the classic Zelda sword fighting. Nintendo also promises huge bosses that will have to be seen to be believed. Best of all, Twilight Princess will be on the showfloor at E3 when the doors open tomorrow. Hands-on impressions and trailer coming soon. Screenshots: 1 2 3 4 5 *More at the site.

gta_sa_534
Did anyone watch or hear about the Sony E3 Confrence? Well, about the part when they talk about the psps. You can use a psp (up to 3) to use it as a screen and a controller which I thoguht was the coolest part of the PS3. Also about the HD IP Camera / Eye Toy, I saw the demonstration of the Eye Toy and wow, just wow, that was amazing when he showed the cups and then the fight night that my friends is real gaming to me.
