Extracting San Andreas Skins

Hey, quick question, there was a thread a while back that explained how to extract the cj skins from the ps2 disc but i can't remember what the thread was called and i HAVE searched for it for ages but i can't find anything.. basically when i try to open the gta3.img or player.img it asks for a .dir file.. but i can't find them. What am i doing wrong?

that's what i have been doing, the search function doesn't work well at all..

the program you need is called: "iRipper v1.8" by ToCA edit....if u want i can send it to u, just give me your email, (by pm or whatever...) or u can just search in google...
